2. Orders and Payment

Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required upon placing an order, depending on the service. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard. Digital wallets such as Apple pay and Google pay is accepted.
Quotes: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. After this period, prices may be subject to change.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation by the Customer:
- Bulk Catering Orders:
  - Orders canceled within 3 days of placement are eligible for a full refund.
  - Cancellations within 2 days of the event incur a 25% fee to cover administrative and preparation costs.
  - Cancellations less than 2 days before the event are non-refundable due to advanced preparations.
- Other Services:
  - Orders for food delivery, grocery delivery, Mo’s Pastries, and other services may be canceled within 10 mins of placement for a full refund.
  - After this period, cancellations are not allowed once the order is in preparation or dispatched.
Cancellation by Cameeo:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supplier issues or unavailability of resources.
- In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

Services: Refunds will only be issued for work not completed or as outlined in the service agreement.
Products: Refunds for products will be issued if:
1. The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. The product does not match the agreed-upon description.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

5. Changes to Orders

Modifications to orders must be requested within [X days/weeks] of placement. Additional fees may apply depending on the changes.
